Returns, Refunds and Cancellation Policy

Cancellation

• Orders may be cancelled before dispatch for a full refund.
• Once shipped, an order cannot be cancelled.
• If an item cannot be fulfilled, a full refund will be issued.

Eligible claims

Returns are accepted only for damaged, defective, wrong or missing items. The issue must be raised within 48 hours of delivery with the order number, clear photographs, package photographs and an unboxing video.

Non-returnable cases

• Change of mind or dislike of design or colour
• Used products or products damaged after delivery
• Products without their original packaging
• Earrings, for hygiene reasons, unless damaged or incorrect

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days. Online payments will be returned to the original payment method. COD refunds may be completed by bank transfer or UPI.
