No. The current catalogue is fashion jewellery with a gold-tone finish.
Can I pay online?
Razorpay will be integrated in the next phase. The current build sends the order to WhatsApp for confirmation.
Is cash on delivery available?
COD is planned for eligible PIN codes. Final eligibility and courier charges will be determined through Shiprocket.
How do I report a damaged item?
Contact RoopAangan within 48 hours of delivery and provide an unboxing video, order number and clear photographs.
Are earrings returnable?
For hygiene reasons, earrings are returnable only when received damaged or incorrect.
